This is a company which spends a lot if money on advertising and coddling up to brokers to keep their stocks high.
Product has a nice colour.
I purchased 3 batteries, all three had conked out in less than 2 years. The latest one purchased in Feb 2013 has died out on me. The complaint no 107687 has not been attended to. I have called their call centre several times. In the last call the lady at the call centre said that their service personnel are available only after 10.30 AM. So much for 24x7 service.
Last time I changed the battery after I could not produce the warranty card, which I misplaced after a year. They said that without it the warranty is null and void. The fact that I had purchased the battery less than an year ago is printed on the battery. Why do they need a warranty card? Anyway they conned me to replace it and I believe they gave me a reconditioned battery. Why do have to resort to such tactics.
The car is dead and on the road for the last 48 hours. I have got it towed and placed it in an authorised service centre. No one from Amaron has turned up so far.
My request to you all is not to be taken in by all the hype. Make your decisions wisely.
Regards
SGT
